Profile: Ken helps accident victims navigate the gauntlet of traps and pitfalls that often stand between them and full justice. Insurance companies sometimes put profit ahead of their fiduciary obligations to their policyholders. Likewise, corporations rarely take full responsibility for their actions and the harm they often cause. Ken uses the tools of the legal system to safeguard his clients’ rights and protect them from the abuses that unfortunately seem to occur more and more frequently these days.

Ken has earned a B.A. in Communications from Truman State University and a J.D. from University of Missouri—Kansas City School of Law, both with honors. In law school, Ken was on the staff of two legal journals: The Urban Lawyer and UMKC Law Review, and he was a member of the school's National Moot Court and National Trial Advocacy teams. Since graduating from law school, Ken has litigated cases in both state and federal courts in both Missouri and Kansas.
